If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, just let us know.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nInventory Reconciliation\nReconcile stock records across internal systems and external warehouse reports.\nCheck that stock received, held, and shipped by our warehouse partners matches our internal records.\nIdentify and investigate missing stock, incorrect quantities, and other discrepancies.\nFollow daily operational controls and ensure that each required step is completed accurately.\nEscalate issues when information cannot be reconciled or requires further investigation.\nOrders and Shipments\nProcess sales orders using SAP and other internal systems.\nTrack shipments from suppliers to external warehouses.\nConfirm that incoming stock has been received and recorded correctly.\nMonitor stock movements when products are requested by OEM partners.\nWork with internal account managers, warehouses, and freight forwarders to resolve operational issues.\nReporting and Process Support\nWork with multiple Excel reports to compare information and identify differences.\nReview reports created through automated processes and investigate exceptions.\nSupport the team in improving operational processes and finding more efficient ways of working.\nMaintain accurate records and ensure actions are completed within agreed timelines.\nContribute to a reliable global service across Europe, Asia, and the US.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nStrong attention to detail and a structured, organised way of working.\nConfidence working with numbers, Excel and different sources of information.\nA problem-solving mindset and curiosity to investigate when something doesn’t match.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating with colleagues and partners globally.\nClear English communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.\nHelpful, but not essential:\nExperience in inventory, sales operations, logistics, supply chain or order management.\nExperience with SAP or another ERP system.\nKnowledge of Excel functions such as lookups and pivot tables.\nYou don’t need to know every system from day one.
