(20%)\n\nIdentifies issues that need escalation and passes on to the appropriate person. (15%)\n\nPerforms additional duties as assigned (15%)\n\nFollows department guidelines for methods of research and accuracy. (5%)\n\nMaintains notes in appropriate systems.
