You will design and implement modern Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities while advancing our Zero Trust journey across cloud, infrastructure, applications and emerging technologies.\nWorking closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud and Business teams worldwide, you will ensure that users, systems and applications have secure, seamless and appropriately governed access to the resources they need.\nWhat You'll Do\nDefine and evolve our global IAM and Zero Trust architecture, standards and roadmap.\nDesign and implement modern access solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication and privileged access management.\nLead the adoption of Zero Trust principles, including continuous verification, least-privilege access and identity-based security controls.\nDrive identity governance initiatives covering user lifecycle management, access certifications, role management and automated provisioning.\nPartner with technical and business stakeholders to embed identity-first security across cloud platforms, applications and infrastructure.\nAssess access-related risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to strengthen our overall security posture.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance on IAM, Zero Trust and identity security best practices.\nSupport M&A activities and integration projects from an identity and access management perspective.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong experience in Cybersecurity with a focus on IAM, Zero Trust or Security Architecture.\nExpertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA and Identity Governance solutions.\nSolid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.\nExperience securing cloud environments, particularly Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud.\nKnowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and modern identity security concepts.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.\nRelevant certifications such as CISSP, SC-300 or equivalent are a plus.\nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
