Become part of a team that thrives on excellence!\nResponsibilities\nParticipates with other leadership team members to establish strategic plans and objectives.\nDevelops proactive solutions and implements quality department strategies across the organization.\nImplements and maintains quality metrics for management and customer review.\nConducts and supports regular quality conference calls with customers and suppliers.\nWorks internally with production, engineering, warehouse, program managers, sales, and supply chain management team members to meet quality specifications.\nAssesses and evaluates the organization’s quality processes for verification, control, and assurance, including calibration.\nManages the activities and objectives of the site quality managers and supervisors.\nCoaches their subordinates to maintain a continuous quality improvement environment.\nInterprets and executes policies and procedures that affect subordinate work.\nInfluences the development of failure analysis, corrective actions, and preventative actions.\nMeasures effectiveness of actions ensuring conformity with quality specifications.\nExhibits a strong data collection and analytical knowledge, leading to roots cause analysis and problem resolution.\nRequires proficiency in spread sheet creation and calculation.\nExecutes internal audits for the QMS and EMS related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.\nCoordinates and participates in regulatory factory audits.\nManages and maintains document control for agency compliance, manufacturing documentation, training records, and calibration logs.\nPerform additional assessment and analysis as assigned.\nRequirements\nAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet internal and customer deadlines.\nExperience and understanding of product manufacturing processes and influences; server/rack manufacturing experience is helpful.\nQuality systems training, including experience maintaining ISO 9001/14001 within a manufacturing organization.
