We can’t wait to see how you will make IT personal.\nWhat You'll Do (Example Job Duties)\nConduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.\n\nExecute sales activities in alignment with key performance indicators and metrics.\n\nProspect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.\n\nDocument all calls, sales activities, customer and/or technology company interactions in our company customer relationship management system.\n\nEstablish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps, channel partner reps, and government customers.\n\nAchieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).\n\nProvide pricing and product availability to customers as required.\n\nPosition products and service programs suited to customer’s business needs.\n\nAttend all assigned TD SYNNEX training initiatives, reseller/Industry events, TD SYNNEX events.\n\nAdditional duties as assigned\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nEducation: A completed bachelor’s degree is required.\n\nA willingness to embrace new ideas and perspectives, with an eagerness to learn and grow.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and supporting business needs as they arise.\n\nA knack for thinking outside the box and bringing fresh ideas to the table, enhancing our team’s innovative spirit.\n\nComfortable taking direction and feedback, while also contributing your unique insights to projects.\n\nAbility to present ideas and findings clearly and confidently to all levels of the organization.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse cultures and teams, fostering a sense of inclusion.\n\nProficient in utilizing various tools and technologies, demonstrating a resourceful approach to problem-solving.\n\nAttention to detail with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring high-quality work.\n\nStrong communication skills to convey important information effectively and engage with stakeholders.\n\nOrganized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\n\nThis is a hybrid role (3+ days per week) with occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
