Be part of a motivated team where your skills make a real impact!\nJob Purpose:\nAs an Electronics Repair Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic components for some of the world’s leading technology brands. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair electronics, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional technology lifecycle services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInspect and approve incoming electronic components by confirming specifications and conducting visual and functional tests.\nDiagnose and repair electronic assemblies, including PCB rework and soldering (surface mount and through-hole).\nDocument inspection and repair results by completing reports and logs, summarizing rework and waste, and updating the quality database.\nMaintain and calibrate measurement equipment, following operating instructions and calling for repairs when needed.\nEnsure compliance with ESD and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area.\nParticipate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to stay updated on technical standards.\nComplete assigned tasks and paperwork accurately and on time.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.\nKnowledge, Skills & Experience:\nStrong technical skills in electronics repair and diagnostics.\nProficiency in soldering techniques (surface mount and through-hole).\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.\nAttention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.\nBasic computer skills for documentation and reporting.\nFamiliarity with IPC standards (IPC-7711/7721 preferred).\nGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.\nStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.\nWhat We Offer:\nChallenging tasks in a supportive and motivated team environment.\nOpportunities to grow and develop new skills through training and guidance.\nA modern, inclusive workplace that values and rewards your contributions.\nCompetitive salary, 28 vacation days, pension plan, travel reimbursement, and wellness initiatives (including fresh fruit and great coffee!).\nAbout:\nShyft Global Services, a subsidiary of TD SYNNEX, is one of the world’s leading providers of technology lifecycle services.
