Owns balance sheet reconciliation process and proactively follows up on aged items. Ensure proper documentation, compliance to procedures and internal controls, accounting policies and standards, to maintain integrity of accounting records.\nResponsibilities:\nTimely and accurate completion of record-to-report general accounting activities, including processing journal entries, preparation and calculation of accruals, prepayments, adjustments.\n\nExecute fixed asset capitalization, depreciation run and leasing.\n\nPerform all intercompany billing consistently during the month and ensure completeness during month end close.\n\nPerform intercompany reconciliation and resolve mismatch\n\nWork closely with AP and AR team to ensure all bank clearing items are posted and matched. Complete bank reconciliation during month ends close.\n\nPerform month and year end closing operations on a timely and accurate basis to meet KPI\n\nComplete balance sheet reconciliation on time and in compliance with group accounting and reconciliation policy.\n\nPrepare and submit group reporting packages to US Corporate every month end\n\nEnsure proper supporting and documentation comply with SOX and internal/external audit requirement\n\nAddress all GL-related queries from controllers and other stakeholders for respective portfolio entities.\n\nAttend to GL-related audit requests as routed from controllers\n\nEnsure adherence to internal controls and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries and reasonableness of balance sheet positions.\n\nSupport, follow-up and escalation of identified issues\n\nAdditional relevant tasks as assigned by team lead/manager.\n\nParticipate in process improvement and automation initiatives.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nPossess at least a university bachelor's degree in accounting.\n\nSolid foundation in accounting concept and standards.\n\nPrior experience in MNC/SSC/COE environment is preferred.\n\n3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting/Record-to-Report team\n\nMS Office proficiency\n\nExperience with accounting ERP system [preferably SAP]\n\nGood command of written and spoken English Language\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nPossess continuous improvement and growth mindset\n\nAt Tec D, a TD SYNNEX Company,our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
