Identify where performance needs to improve, and recommend course corrections to the platform leadership team.\nManage budgeting and resource tracking for platform initiatives, and manage issues, risks and scope.\nBe aware of the broader commercial perspective to anticipate opportunities and threats within TD SYNNEX and vendors. Work with the platform leadership team to adjust course to maximize our results.\nEnsure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.\nManage the cadence to keep senior management at TD SYNNEX and Microsoft informed with accurate, data-backed information. Prepare consistent, impactful messaging and presentations to maximize senior executive engagement.\nWhat We're Looking For:\n5-10 years in product ownership, solutions architecture, pre-sales, partner enablement, program leadership or other go-to-market roles.\nIT Channel experience, preferably in a Managed Service / Hosting Provider, TD SYNNEX, or other Pan European distributors.\nA passion for technology and Cloud, with a good understanding of Cloud Computing, ideally with Microsoft or Amazon.\nStrong analytical skills: comfortable building reports and dashboards, working with data, and turning it into clear recommendations.\nExcellent communication, leadership and organizational skills, comfortable working with senior executives at TD SYNNEX and with partners.\nAbility to network effectively, negotiate well and influence people.\nGood level of business practice consultative skills, with great problem-solving abilities.\nCapable of working independently, with responsibility as an individual (ownership).\nExperience working with remote, international and cross-matrix teams.\nAble to work constructively under pressure and in a multitasking environment.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nEnjoys and is willing to travel, and understands the global requirements of such a role.\nAble to adapt to working hours of different time zones.\nNice to have:\nGood knowledge of current Microsoft programs in market\nWorking knowledge of TD SYNNEX’s cloud platforms\nProject/program management techniques\nWorking Conditions:\nThis is a global function and as such will require the candidate to adapt to working hours of different Time zones\nTravel within Europe and globally\nNormal, professional office environment\nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
