The company co-innovates with deep engineering expertise, treating customer success as its own while building tomorrow's digital infrastructure.\nManufacturing Engineer Manager\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze and improve manufacturing operations, implementing strategies like Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).\nHire, train, and coach manufacturing engineers and other team members, providing technical support and fostering a collaborative environment. \nOversee manufacturing engineering/Automation projects from concept to implementation, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.\nWork closely with Process engineering, design engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth product launches.\nWork closely with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.\nDevelop and implement cost reduction programs and identify labor savings projects to meet annual financial goals. \nCoordinate with upper management to align manufacturing engineering strategies with overall company objectives and adapt to market changes. \nAssess and set up production infrastructure and production process flow setup\nProvide project detail status reports to internal core team managers and, when applicable, our customers\nPerform continuous improvement using Lean program\nPerform time/motion study and capacity analysis for manufacturing processes.\nCollaborate with production teams to address Process/quality issues and implement corrective actions.\nCollaborate with QE/TE/PM to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.\nQualifications :\nBS Degree with 3+ years of Process MFG/Engineering experience\nIn-depth understanding of manufacturing processes\nUnderstanding of standard product development processes\nKnowledge of DFx \nUnderstanding of PFMEA, Six Sigma processes highly desirable\nProficient in MS/Office (Word, Excel, etc.)\nStrong leadership and team management skills. \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. \nProficiency in project management. \nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. \nUnderstanding of quality management systems and relevant regulations. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.\nCompensation: $110k-150k\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
