Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast-changing, high-growth technology environment!\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of manufacturing supervisors, production leads, and production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.\nOversee all pack-out operations to ensure product is accurately packed, quality standards are met, and shipments are completed efficiently, and on schedule.\nManage packaging materials, crates, and packing supplies by maintaining inventory, ensuring proper usage, and enforcing safety and compliance standards throughout pack-out operations.\nCollaborate with engineering, supply chain, program management, IT, and quality assurance departments to resolve potential shop floor and inventory control discrepancies.\nImplement and enforce quality control standards and procedures throughout the manufacturing pack-out process, ensuring products meet internal/external specifications and industry standards.\nManage manufacturing budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.\nOversee pack out equipment maintenance and calibration programs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.\nPrepare and present regular reports on manufacturing performance, including key metrics such as production output, quality, and efficiency.\nJob Specifications\nEducation and Work Experience\nBachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.\nMinimum of 3 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 1 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.\nProven track record of successfully leading and developing manufacturing teams.\nStrong understanding and practical experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools.\nExcellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, inventory control, and quality management systems.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.\nExceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\nKnowledge of relevant industry safety standards and regulations.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nProficient with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)\nPhysical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including occasional lifting to 50lbs.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills \nKnowledge of manufacturing systems\nEffective in time management and delegation.\nSkilled in debugging and root cause analysis\nJob Complexity and Supervision\nCapable of managing multiple projects.\nComfortable in a fast-moving business and team environment.\nAttention to detail and highly motivated.\nAbility to work with minimal supervision.\nWorking Conditions\nFast-paced work environment\nCertain areas are considered loud work environments and will require ear protection.\nPHYsical Demands\nExtensive use of computer equipment, and frequent telephone activity.\nPeriods of extended sitting, walking, and standing are required.\nActivities such as bending and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.\nEmployee must be physically capable of completing and satisfying all training requirements as stipulated by Company policy.\nWhat’s in it for you\nBenefit Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA) \nHealth Savings Account (HSA) \nMental Health Care \n401K with match \nPaid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Days \nTuition Reimbursement \nPerks at Work\nLEAP Program \nMyFlexPay \nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
