The company co-innovates with deep engineering expertise, treating customer success as its own while building tomorrow's digital infrastructure.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide technical support on the production floor to resolve equipment or process-related issues. \nCreate, validate, and document manufacturing processes (SOPs), including defining equipment and manpower requirements. \nDevelop and maintain Process Flow Charts, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and MPIs (Manufacturing Process Instructions) for server assembly and rack integration. \nInvestigate and resolve operational problems, including equipment issues, material variances, and production bottlenecks, to maintain smooth operations. \nManage ECO/ECN/MCO/PA/Deviation and ensure smooth implementation on the live line without stopping production. \nProvide production training in the areas of MPI. \nManage BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure accurate routing setup in SFCS systems \nManage and Maintain Shop Floor Control System (SFCS). \nDefine tooling scope and oversee the design and building of fixtures/jigs required for assembly. \nLead the \"First Article Inspection\" (FAI) and sample building phases to validate process capability before mass production. \nAnalyze production line defects and lead root cause analysis to improve Production Yield and reduce scrap rates. \nAssist in resolving quality complaints and implement corrective actions for production line problems. \nDFM/DFA Leadership: Lead Design for Manufacturing/Assembly reviews to ensure Server/Rack designs are viable for high-speed assembly. \nNPI to MP Handover: Manage the transition from New Product Introduction to Mass Production, ensuring process capability (Cpk) is met before full ramp-up. \nRoot Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into production defects using 8D or 5-Why methodologies. \nYield Improvement: Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) and implement corrective actions to reduce scrap and rework rates. \nManage the test Infrastructure BOM, collaborate with MFG tech to set up the SLT/RLT infrastructure. \nDevelop and maintain the floor stock BOM.
