Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast-changing, high-growth technology environment!\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)\nSupport the Process Engineering team on programs and special projects as needed.\nReceive and act on Process Engineering JIRA tickets involving IT & Manufacturing support.\nWork with Manufacturing and Process Engineering to determine & recommend tools and equipment needs.\nProvide day to day tool and equipment support to manufacturing.\nPerform troubleshooting, repair, preventative and general maintenance on production tools and equipment.\nCreate shop floor control system production templates.\nProvide equipment and manufacturing process training to production personnel as needed.\nBuild and install tools and equipment to support factory requirements.\nOrder parts, tools, equipment, and supplies to support production or special projects\nWork with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.\nDocument equipment and tool issues, maintenance records, tool logs, asset recording and tracking.\nIssue and control Asset Tags.\nEducation and Work Experience\nCollege/bachelor’s degree is preferred.\nOne year or more of experience working in a similar work environment.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nProficient with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)\nPhysical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including occasional lifting to 50lbs.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills \nKnowledge of manufacturing systems\nEffective in time management and delegation.\nSkilled in debugging and root cause analysis\nJob Complexity and Supervision\nCapable of managing multiple projects.\nComfortable in a fast-moving business and team environment.\nAttention to detail and highly motivated.\nAbility to work with minimal supervision.\nWorking Conditions\nFast paced work environment\nCertain areas are considered loud work environments and will require ear protection.\nPhysical Demands\nExtensive use of computer equipment, and frequent telephone activity.\nPeriods of extended sitting, walking, and standing are required.\nActivities such as bending and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.\nEmployee must be physically capable of completing and satisfying all training requirements as stipulated by Company policy.\nAdditional Comments\nSchedule: 8-hour shift (flexibility to work longer shifts if needed).\nMonday to Friday, with weekend availability opportunities.\nWhat’s in it for you\nBenefit Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA) \nHealth Savings Account (HSA) \nMental Health Care \n401K with match \nPaid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Days \nTuition Reimbursement \nPerks at Work\nLEAP Program \nMyFlexPay \nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
