This role is ideal for someone who can work accurately at a fast pace, navigate detailed processes, and confidently manage transactions from purchase order placement through customer invoicing.\nYou’ll play an important role in helping the business keep orders moving, resolve issues, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver a strong experience for internal stakeholders and vendor partners. Much of the day-to-day work centers on actively managing the order backlog, responding to changes, addressing holds and exceptions, and coordinating with multiple teams to reach resolution.\nIf you're comfortable working through detailed documentation, learning complex processes, and taking ownership of issues from start to finish, this is an opportunity to deepen your procurement expertise while making a visible operational impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCreate and manage purchase orders, with a focus on drop-ship transactions.\nActively manage the order backlog, identifying changes, holds, exceptions, and other issues that require action. \nAnalyze purchasing information and business requirements to support informed buying decisions.\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve order-related issues and keep transactions moving.\nMaintain accurate, complete documentation throughout the procurement and order-management process.\nMonitor order accuracy and proactively investigate discrepancies, changes, and potential delays.\nProcess accurate and timely billing activities to support customer invoicing and revenue recognition.\nServe as a point of escalation for vendors, and internal stakeholders, communicating progress and outcomes clearly.\nSupport vendor performance discussions and contribute to productive vendor relationships.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency.\nContribute subject-matter knowledge to special projects and evolving business needs.\nSupport onboarding and knowledge sharing with team members.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired:\n5-8 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, operations, order management, or a related business environment. \nAssociate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.\nExperience working with purchasing transactions, purchase orders, order management, or related operational processes.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new business systems and technology.\nDemonstrated ability to interpret detailed instructions, documentation, and business requirements and translate them into accurate action. \nPreferred Skills:\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong organization and documentation skills\nThe ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment\nCritical-thinking and problem-solving skills\nStrong written and verbal communication\nA collaborative, customer-focused approach\nSound judgment and personal accountability\nThe ability to work independently and follow through on responsibilities\nAdaptability when priorities, orders, or business requirements change\nA willingness to learn detailed processes, systems, and procedures quickly\nWork Environment\nPrimarily onsite in Gilbert, Arizona, 3 days in office, 2 days remote\nProfessional office environment\nOccasional non-standard hours may be required\nAdditional hours may be needed during peak business periods or month-end cycles to support timely processing of critical transactions\nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
