While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partner community.\nResponsibilities:\nCreation of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services.\n\nDevelopment and implementation of sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.\n\nEnsure that the technical sales support teams are appropriately trained to support the relevant product groups.\n\nDevelopment and implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives.\n\nCreation of joint initiatives with our vendor and business partners.\n\nResponsible for effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfillment and inventory obsolescence minimisation.\n\nImplementation of business plans that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets and generate the planned profit outcomes.\n\nAchievement of revenue plans by brand and by market segment.\n\nCoordinate the various functions within TD SYNNEX in order to deliver the outcomes agreed in each product plan.\n\nEnsure that executive business relations with vendor partners are of the highest order, are proactive and that the engagement is continually monitored so that new initiatives can be introduced as required.\n\nMaintenance and development of operational level vendor relationships.\n\nIn order to execute product leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.\n\nEnsuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.\n\nMaintain a high level of safety awareness within your team to promote a safe working environment for all team members.\n\nMaintenance of an accurate pipeline by product group.\n\nMeasurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data in order to ensure that TD SYNNEX meets its vendor commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for rebates and other vendor investment initiatives.\n\nBusiness forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.\n\nProvision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.\n\nBe the advocate and leader for the relevant product groups in TD SYNNEX and be the advocate and leader for TD SYNNEX within the relevant vendor community.\n\nProvide direction, development and support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group.
