You will be the go-to person for the sales teams, providing essential support in quoting, deal registration, pricing, and up-selling opportunities. Your expertise in vendor programs, pricing structures, and product knowledge will be invaluable in driving revenue growth and ensuring the smooth execution of partnerships.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as the primary point of contact for vendor programs, building strong and lasting relationships with multiple-tier vendors.\n\nWorks closely with management in order to resolve escalated issues with customers pertaining to supplier orders and quotes as needed.\n\nStay up-to-date with the latest developments in vendor programs and pricing structures to effectively support sales teams and end-users.\n\nProvide accurate and timely quotes for products and services, considering pricing guidelines and program terms.\n\nTests existing solutions and creates training materials and resources for users to optimize product adoption and usage.\n\nDetermine and communicate lead times and delivery expectations based on product availability, build lead time times, etc.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.\n\nPerform deal registration processes with vendors to secure and protect sales opportunities.\n\nApply appropriate pricing and terms, and create renewal contracts when applicable to maintain ongoing partnerships.\n\nProvide hands-on support to sales teams in crafting quotes, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying up-selling possibilities.\n\nMay collaborate with sales representatives to develop effective strategies for increasing revenue through partner programs.\n\nMay identify upsell opportunities during the quoting process and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue potential.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience:\n3 Years of relevant work experience\n\nintermediate English\n\nAble to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.\n\nPossesses strong data entry skills.\n\nAble to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.\n\nAble to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.\n\nUnderstand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.\n\nAble to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.\n\nAble to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.\n\nAble to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.\n\nAble to effectively multi-task.\n\nAble to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.\n\nAble to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.\n\nAssociate Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.\n\nWorking Conditions:\nProfessional, office environment.\n\nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
