The company co-innovates with deep engineering expertise, treating customer success as its own while building tomorrow's digital infrastructure.\nResponsibilities\nOversee the design, plan, and development ofHyve’sinternalWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)and Inventoryapplications, dashboards, and reporting\n\nWork with technical, process, and functional teams to integrate business logic and other corporate requirements withHyve'sproprietary ERP system\n\nAct as a liaison between end users and IT teams to develop, implement and/or improve business operational processes and ERP enhancements\n\nDevelop and deploy programs that leverage information from data warehouses and provide visibility to stakeholders\n\nCoordinate ERP development efforts with user requirements, testing, sign-off and business integration\n\nProject prioritization and objective management to meet business-required milestones\n\nRegularly test ERP infrastructure and deliver a vulnerability assessment and work with IT resources to address gaps in the ERP infrastructure\n\nManage large-scale projects as well as multiple smaller projects\n\nEffectively analyze and translate business needs and requirements to internal IT resources\n\nTrack and report development statuses (schedule, budget, milestones, metrics, key events, risks, and issues) to appropriate management and stakeholders\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience\n\n5+ years related project management experience\n\nPreferred understanding ofWarehouse and Inventory Management, including but not limited to Inbound and Outbound processes\n\nExperience working with various project execution methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall\n\nAvailability to travel tocustomer, supplier, and company locations as needed. Travel is estimated at up to 25% of the time.\n\nExcellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills\n\nAbility to interact and collaborate with internal technical teams\n\nStrong communication and leadership skills to drive IT, functional, and technical resources\n\nExperience supporting the management of an initiative from a concept through to a concrete deliverable applying specialist technical knowledge\n\nDemonstrated verbal and written analytical/problem solving, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills\n\nAbility to change the thinking, or gain acceptance, of others in sensitive situations\n\nDeep exposure developing and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines\n\nAdvanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
