You’ll bring structure, momentum, and accountability to complex initiatives by defining objectives, building project plans, coordinating subject matter experts and key stakeholders, and keeping work on track through successful completion. You’ll also help ensure changes are successfully adopted by coordinating project communications, training, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.\nResponsibilities:\nDocuments project objectives and ensures they meet expected business results/outcome.\nCommunicates with involved departments and management; facilitates communication forums including team meetings.\nCreates project plans including: resource tracking, assignments, tasks, dependencies, deliverables and milestones, due dates, predecessors, budget and financial tracking, issues management.\nAssembles project steering committee(s) and communicates regularly and effectively with management on project progress.\nCoordinates project meetings with relevant team members.\nServes as single point of contact for all project management related questions and refers technical questions to appropriate subject matter experts and ensures timely follow up.\nFacilitates change management activities.\nProvides leadership of project teams and interdepartmental management to achieve project objectives.\nPerforms additional duties as assigned.\nMeets attendance and punctuality standards\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience:\n1 to 3 Years or greater of relevant work experience\nBachelor's Degree required\nMaster's/Post Graduate Degree preferred\nPMP required\nAble to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc) at an advanced level.\nMinimum 1 year previous project management experience required (preferably on a project requiring business and IT involvement).\nExperience leading complex, cross-functional projects and partnering with senior and executive-level stakeholders.\nEnterprise-level project or program management experience preferred.\nStrong facilitation skills; experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional working sessions is a plus.\nStrong project leadership skills, with a track record of driving initiatives from planning through implementation and completion.\nExperience with financial management, budgeting, and ROI analysis.\nProficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365.\nLEAN or Six Sigma experience preferred.\nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing business priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information for a variety of audiences.\nComfortable developing and delivering presentations to executive-level audiences.\nAbility to influence, negotiate, and build alignment across teams and stakeholders without direct authority.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.\nDemonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across functions, cultures, and levels of the organization.\nAdaptable and comfortable learning new processes, systems, and technologies in a changing business environment.\nExercises sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills in English and applicable local/regional languages.\nTravel required up to 20%.\nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
