Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast changing, high-growth technology environment!\nResponsibilities:\nOverall responsibilities for maintaining ISO compliance for Quality and Environmental management in addition to overseeing internal quality manufacturing management.\nProvide training on ISO 9001.\nEnsure all audit responses are closed out in a proper and timely manner\nParticipates with other senior leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives.\nManages and maintains document control for agency compliance, training records, calibration logs.\nInfluence the development of corrective and preventative actions. Measures effectiveness of actions ensuring conformity with quality specifications.\nManages the activities and objectives of the Quality supervisors and leads. Coaches his or her subordinates to maintain a continuous quality improvement environment.\nCompletes 8D’s and Material Declaration Sheets when necessary\nImplement metrics and maintain metrics for Management Review\nRequires proficiency in spread sheet creation, manipulation and display. Candidate must exhibit a strong data collection and analytical knowledge leading to roots cause analysis and problem resolution.\nInterprets and executes policies and procedures that affect subordinate work\nEnsures work areas are kept clean and free of debris\nMaintains morale of employees to ensure process is completed as scheduled\nQualifications\nB.A. degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field\nSMT Experience is required\nTypically requires a minimum of 5 years of relative experience.\nSolid product manufacturing comprehension.
