This position will cover primarily sales Successoperations functions to support the regional business, including quotation and sales order processing for products & services\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop an in-depth knowledge of the Company's core business model and processes, acquire an understanding of IT product attributes and vendor requirements in order to successfully place accurate quotations and sales orders.\n\nBe knowledgeable on business initiatives, key processes and guidelines, internal resources and vendor requirements in order to assist Sales in accomplishing company goals\n\nServe as a point-of-contact for the Sales function and coordinate as needed with Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Compliance, Procurement\n\nCultivate relationships with sales management teams and delivery partners/suppliers to drive demand for products or services\n\nEmbody a customer success mindset by communicating successfully with partners, suppliers, vendors, to drive customer satisfaction and positive outcomes for Sales overall\n\nFollow guidelines to ensure that business is conducted with utmost compliance and integrity at all times and that behavior is aligned with the Company's values\n\nMaintain integrity of information in the Company's systems including up to date and complete information in SAP (data management, etc.) and the Company's Sales Quotation tool.\n\nPerform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis, including but not limited to quotation generation, sales order generation, outbound documentation, follow-ups with internal Finance/Credit and Compliance depts. and customers\n\nProcess high volume of Sales orders while maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.\n\nBe flexible and available to support business needs at various times.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience:\nMinimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, ideally in IT multinational environment\n\nBusiness-focused with a sales-oriented and customer-success-driven mindset\n\nTrack record of Sales/Procurement Operations\n\nHave good communication skills in English\n\nProven ability to work independently and effectively in an office-based environment.\n\nAbility to multitask, work under pressure to meet deadlines, and handle long hours during month-end closing period\n\nSensitive to business needs, at the same time ensuring high quality output and full compliance\n\nWillingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge\n\nTeam player with good interpersonal skills\n\nAt Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX Company, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
