This role offers the opportunity to work close to production systems, influence operational standards, and have real impact on service quality across the organization.\nAbout the Role\nAs a SiteOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and bugs across TD SYNNEX digital platforms. You’ll combine hands-on technical skills with strong incident and stakeholder management, ensuring issues are triaged, investigated, communicated and resolved, with the underlying aim to prevent a re-occurance.\nYou’ll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Security, QA, and Business teams, acting as a key operational representative within the Digital Business unit. This role can be based anywhere in Europe or APJ (subject to local hiring entity).\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and manageincidents, ensuring correct triage, prioritization, investigationand resolution within SLAs\n\nPerform root-cause analysis and collaborate with architects and developers on technical solutions for bugs\n\nEnsure P1-P4 incidents are tracked, managed, and resolved within agreed SLAs\n\nIdentify recurring issues and platform trends to reduce incident volume and improve reliability\n\nAct as change lead for bug fixes and operational improvements\n\nMaintain high-quality incident and backlog management, ensuring accurate reporting and data hygiene\n\nMentor and support other SiteOps team members\n\nBuild strong working relationships with Security, DevOps, QA, Development, UX, Architecture, and Business teams\n\nContinuously develop expertise in TD SYNNEX web solutions and operational processes\n\nSupport the in-house SiteOps development team with technical debt tasks to ensure a bug free platform\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years ’ experience developing or supporting web solutions using C# .NET\n\nSolid understanding of incident and change management (ITIL v4 exposure is a plus)\n\nStrong knowledge of C# (.NET Framework), ASP.NET MVC, and REST APIs\n\nExperience using observability tools (e.g. Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus)\n\nExperience with log analysis tools (e.g. Datadog, Graylog, Log Analytics, AppInsights)\n\nExperience working in Agile / Scrum environments\n\nProven ability to lead incidents through to resolution\n\nComfortable working across distributed, multicultural teams\n\nFluent in English (written and spoken)\n\nNice to Have\nStrong stakeholder-facing experience in operational or customer-impacting roles\n\nExperience governing and reporting on SLAs\n\nHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes\n\nRelevant certifications in ITIL, cloud platforms, or observability tools\n\nWhat We Offer:\nWe provide competitive compensation with annual salary reviews.\nWe value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan.\nHybrid work (3 days at the office per week)\nWe provide comprehensive benefits including, paid leave, retirement plans, and more.\nKey Skills\nAbility to Coordinate, Bug Fix, Collaborating, Communication, Compuware dynaTrace, C Sharp (Programming Language), Deadline Management, Kubernetes, Operations Improvement, TeamworkAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
