This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our IBM portfolio, helping partners accelerate their digital transformation through innovative IBM solutions.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the end-to-end architecture of complex IBM software solutions across hybrid, cloud, and on-premises environments.\n\nTranslate business objectives and technical requirements into clear solution architectures and implementation approaches.\n\nDesign solutions covering integration, APIs, data flows, identity management, security, resilience, and operational readiness.\n\nEvaluate architectural options, challenge assumptions, and recommend technically sound and commercially viable solutions.\n\nIdentify and mitigate architectural risks, dependencies, and security concerns early in the sales and design process.\n\nEstablish architectural principles, standards, governance processes, and handover documentation to ensure solution quality.\n\nFacilitate architecture workshops and support technical assessments, prototypes, and proof-of-value initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with customer architects, business leaders, IBM specialists, partners, and delivery teams across Europe.\n\nDevelop reusable assets, including reference architectures, templates, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency across opportunities.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or senior pre-sales within enterprise software environments.\n\nDeep knowledge of IBM software technologies; IBM certifications are highly desirable.\n\nSolid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, APIs, data architecture, security, identity and access management, observability, and lifecycle management.\n\nExperience designing solutions across cloud, multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.\n\nAbility to produce clear architecture documentation, diagrams, decision records, and implementation guidance.\n\nStrong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer value, technical quality, cost, and delivery feasibility.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge senior business and technical audiences.\n\nFluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are considered an advantage.\n\nWillingness to travel across Europe when required.\n\nWhat We Offer\nContinuous learning and professional development opportunities with clear career progression paths.\n\nHybrid work (2 - 3 days at the office per week)\n\nComprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and additional local benefits.\n\nOpportunity to work with industry-leading technologies and strategic IBM initiatives across Europe.\n\nCertified Workplace Excellence: Work for a certified Great Place to Work organization.\n\nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
