The Presales Consultant will also work closely with HPE and related ecosystem vendors to position end-to-end infrastructure solutions that address customer business and technology requirements.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist Account/Product Managers with qualification of opportunities by providing presales technical support.\n\nProvides pre-sales technical support and deliver deep dive product demonstrations to customers and business partners.\n\nDelivers training to partners on products solution.\n\nContribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses\n\nCustomer demonstrations and presentations\n\nCoordinating and managing technical validation events (POC)\n\nCoordinating and managing POC assets\n\nParticipating in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested\n\nRecommend and influence market content.\n\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\n4+ years of experience in Presales, System Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consultant roles.\n\nGood understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies,\n\nExperience with HPE, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, Cisco, or other enterprise infrastructure vendors is highly preferred.\n\nExperience in solution architecture, technical consulting, POC execution, and infrastructure sizing is an advantage.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise IT infrastructure.\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.\n\nAbility to explain complex technologies in a clear and business-oriented manner\nAbility to work effectively with vendors, partners, sales teams, and technical stakeholders.\nComfortable presenting to technical teams as well as business decision-makers.\nExperience working with enterprise customers, system integrators, distributors, or technology vendor\nRelevant vendor certifications (HPE, Aruba, VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Cisco, etc.) will be an advantage.\n\nAt Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX Company, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
