You'll have the opportunity to expand your expertise in order management, billing, supply chain operations, and customer support while contributing to a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage customer orders from order entry through invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.\nServe as a primary point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries related to order status, billing, and issue resolution.\nFacilitate the order fulfillment process to ensure service levels and customer expectations are met.\nMonitor and manage order backlog, proactively addressing delays, exceptions, and escalations.\nCoordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Shipping, Logistics, and other internal teams to resolve issues and maintain order flow.\nInvestigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipment concerns, RMAs, damaged goods claims, tracking requests, and other order-related issues.\nMaintain accurate customer records, order information, and system updates.\nEnsure compliance with pricing, approval, and margin integrity processes.\nSupport Customer-Owned Inventory (COI) processes and reporting where applicable.\nContribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and cross-functional collaboration initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, product support, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nBasic knowledge of supply chain, distribution, or order fulfillment processes.\nProficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience using Oracle or similar ERP systems.\nKnowledge of billing, invoicing, purchasing, inventory management, or backlog management processes.\nExperience in manufacturing, technology, distribution, or supply chain environments.\nDocumentation, process improvement, or quality-related experience.\nWorking Conditions\nWork Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PT\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid role based in Roseville; employees are expected to work onsite four days per week and remotely one day per week.\nFrequent interaction with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams through email, phone, and virtual meetings.\nFast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExtended periods of computer work and system-based order management activities.\nCompensation\nThe hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $26.00 per hour.
