It requires strong influence without direct authority and the ability to articulate across functions, regions, vendors, and partners.\nResponsibilities:\nTranslate the services vision into portfolio priorities and offer roadmaps.\nDevelop, productize, and manage services offers with clear packages, scopes, and standards.\nIdentify and address delivery capability gaps, building and governing the external partner ecosystem.\nDevelop training and capability-building programs (Academy) for internal teams and partners.\nDefine go-to-market strategies, sales plays, and commercial activation tooling.\nEnable internal and external stakeholders - technical, commercial, operational, and executive - to position the portfolio.\nCollect market feedback and translate it into portfolio, enablement, and tooling improvements.\nOrchestrate consistency of offers and activation across the three regions, enabling appropriate local adaptation.\nReinforce TD SYNNEX's positioning as a partner enabler, not a competitor.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience:\n>8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience\n>3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees\nBachelor's Degree required.\nMaster's / Post Graduate Degree preferred.\nSolid experience in services, portfolio, enablement, GTM, or partner management within distribution, channel, or technology.\nTrack record in regional / multi-country environments (LATAM desirable) and in partner/ecosystem models.\nBusiness acumen combined with sufficient technical fluency to engage engineers and architects.\nExperience in services productization, pricing, and commercial models.\nStrong orchestration and influencing skills; multi-level communication (technical to executive).\nPortuguese and Spanish; English for corporate and vendor interaction.\nAble to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.\nAble to use common office equipment.\nAble to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.\nUnderstand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.\nAble to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.\nPossesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.\nAble to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.\nAble to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.\nAble to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.\nWorking Conditions:\nProfessional, office environment.\nFrequent Travel Required (25%).\nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
