Serves as the overall project leader and driver and not the subject matter expert. Coordinates all communication, training and change management activities associated with the assigned projects. Leads large and strategic projects typically with budgets or financial impact exceeding $2 million. Experience with IT Repair Services preferred.\nResponsibilities:\nDocuments project objectives and ensures they meet expected business results/outcome.\nCommunicates with involved departments and management; facilitates communication forums including team meetings.\nCreates project plans including: resource tracking, assignments, tasks, dependencies, deliverables and milestones, due dates, predecessors, budget and financial tracking, issues management.\nAssembles project steering committee(s) and communicates regularly and effectively with management on project progress.\nCoordinates project meetings with relevant team members.\nServes as single point of contact for all project management related questions and refers technical questions to appropriate subject matter experts and ensures timely follow up.\nFacilitates change management activities.\nProvides leadership of project teams and interdepartmental management to achieve project objectives.\nPerforms additional duties as assigned\nMeets attendance and punctuality standards\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience:\nMinimum 7 years project management experience leading large multi-disciplined projects of a transformative nature\nUniversity Degree in Computer Science/Programming Specialties/Major Subjects\nExperience with IT Repair Services preferred.\nAble to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.\nAble to create and conduct formal presentations.\nAble to avoid win/loss situations and ensure productive resolutions of conflict.\nAble to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.\nAble to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information.\nAble to facilitate group interactions.\nAble to identify needs and opportunities and develop action plans to address.\nAble to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.\nAble to set high short/long-term goals/standards of performance for self, subordinates, and others.\nAble to think strategically and tactically.
