# Sr. Project Manager, IT

Job Purpose: Coordinates and implements assigned projects to achieve defined objectives. Serves as the overall project leader and driver and not the subject matter expert. Documents project objectives, creates the project plan and coordinates the project requirements for all of the relevant subject matter experts and other team members to ensure successful and timely completion of the project(s). Coordinates all communication, training and change management activities associated with the assigned projects. Leads large and strategic projects typically with budgets or financial impact exceeding $2 million. Experience with IT Repair Services preferred. Responsibilities: Documents project objectives and ensures they meet expected business results/outcome. Communicates with involved departments and management; facilitates communication forums including team meetings. Creates project plans including: resource tracking, assignments, tasks, dependencies, deliverables and milestones, due dates, predecessors, budget and financial tracking, issues management.
