Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast changing, high-growth technology environment!\nHyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlan and manage spare parts demand for data center server, storage, and networking products\n\nAnalyze historical consumption, failure rates, and forecasts to drive accurate demand planning\n\nGenerate and manage purchase requisitions and supply plans through MRP/ERP systems\n\nCollaborate with sourcing, buyers, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability\n\nMonitor and manage inventory levels, including excess, aging, and obsolescence\n\nSupport RMA, service, and field support teams with critical spare parts availability\n\nDrive pull-in / push-out / cancellations based on demand fluctuations\n\nTrack and report key supply chain metrics (fill rate, shortages, inventory turns, etc.)\n\nPartner with engineering and quality teams on part lifecycle changes, EOL, and alternates\n\nEnsure readiness for new product introductions (NPI) and spare parts ramp planning\n\nIdentify and mitigate supply risks to avoid service disruptions\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage urgent demands from customers.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field\n\n5-7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, or spare parts planning\n\nExperience in data center hardware, electronics manufacturing, or OEM environments\n\nStrong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)\n\nAdvanced skills in Excel and data analysis\n\nKnowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning concepts\n\nFamiliarity with RMA, service logistics, and spare parts lifecycle management is a plus\n\nKey Skills:\nAnalytical and data-driven decision making\n\nStrong cross-functional collaboration\n\nAbility to manage high-mix, high-volume spare parts environments\n\nProblem-solving and risk mitigation\n\nAttention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities\nCompensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000-110,000 annually.\nActual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nBenefit Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA) \nHealth Savings Account (HSA) \nMental Health Care \n401K with match \nPaid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Days \nTuition Reimbursement \nPerks at Work\nLEAP Program \nMyFlexPay \nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
