The team combines deep expertise in hybrid cloud, industry best practices, and modern IT architectures to accelerate digital transformation and meet partners’ business and technical objectives.\nJob Purpose:\nA certified and experienced engineer with specialist knowledge in Red Hat virtualization and open-source technologies. This role supports partners and internal teams across Europe, with a strong focus on technical presales, partner enablement, and driving solution adoption. You will act as a trusted adviser, contributing to solution design, technical qualification, demonstrations, enablement, and strategic engagements that support partner readiness and business growth.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSupport the design of Red Hat virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions that meet customer and partner requirements.\n\nProvide technical presales support for complex offerings, including solution design, RFX responses, proposals, and PoCs.\n\nParticipate in architecture discussions and influence technical decision-making with partners and customers.\n\nDeliver technical enablement sessions (virtual or onsite) for priority partners across Europe.\n\nDrive adoption of Red Hat technologies inside TD SYNNEX and across the partner ecosystem.\n\nDeliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to technical stakeholders.\n\nRepresent Red Hat solutions at events sponsored or organized by Red Hat and/or TD SYNNEX.\n\nSupport distributor-led opportunities from technical qualification through conversion.\n\nCollaborate with sales teams to develop and promote standardized hybrid cloud and virtualization solutions.\n\nMaintain strong technical relationships with Red Hat engineering and presales teams.\n\nContinuously update knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio, industry trends, and emerging technologies.\n\nWork toward vendor-required certifications and ensure alignment with Red Hat best practices.\n\nServe as the internal subject-matter expert for the Red Hat virtualization portfolio.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n\nProven background in presales engineering, technical consultancy, or solution architecture.\n\n5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical presales.\n\nStrong understanding ofRed Hat solutions, open-source technologies, virtualization, and multi-tier architectures.\n\nFluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.\n\nRed Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA) are a strong advantage.\n\nExperience working with open-source stacks or contributing to community projects is a plus.\n\nDemonstrated experience in cloud migration, hybrid infrastructures, or on-prem virtualization.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver polished technical messaging.\n\nStrong commercial awareness and capability to support professional customer engagements.\n\nAbility to manage priorities, multitask effectively, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.\n\nUnderstanding of the IT channel ecosystem, distributors, and vendor engagement (preferred).\n\nIf you are ready to join us as the Technical Consultant Red Hat Virtualization and play an instrumental role in shaping the future of technology solutions, apply now and take this amazing opportunity to make your mark in our organisation.\nKey Skills\nCloud Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud Computing, Hybrid Cloud Solutions, RedHat, Red Hat KVM, Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Virtualization, VirtualizationAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
