As a Great Place to Work® certified company, we are committed to helping our employees grow, collaborate, and make an impact every day.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Technical Presales Specialist - Cybersecurity to support our Sales teams and channel partners across Italy.\nIn this customer-facing role, you will act as a technical security expert, helping partners understand, design, and position cybersecurity solutions based on their customers' requirements.\nYou will work closely with our security vendors, Business Development teams, and channel partners throughout the sales cycle.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide technical presales support across our cybersecurity portfolio.\n\nUnderstand customer security requirements and recommend appropriate security architectures and solutions.\n\nDeliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).\n\nSupport partners throughout the sales cycle, from technical discovery and solution design to implementation guidance.\n\nCollaborate with Business Development Managers, Sales Teams, Solution Architects, security vendors, and partners to develop opportunities.\n\nAct as a trusted technical advisor on cybersecurity technologies and best practices.\n\nSupport partner enablement through technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.\n\nAssist with RFPs, technical documentation, solution proposals, and architecture designs.\n\nStay up to date with evolving cybersecurity technologies, threats, and industry trends.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in a Technical Presales, Security Engineer, Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar technical role.\n\nGood understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as network security, firewalls, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management, SASE/SSE, and threat protection.\n\nPrevious experience working with cybersecurity vendors or security solutions is highly desirable.\n\nAbility to understand technical customer requirements and translate them into appropriate solutions.\n\nComfortable delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nRelevant cybersecurity or vendor certifications are desirable.\n\nFluent Italian and English.\n\nWhat We Offer\nHybrid working model (2-3 times per week at the office).\n\nCareer development within a global Fortune 500 organization.\n\nCollaborative and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\n\nAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
