This role combines consultative sales, product configuration, quoting, pipeline management, and customer education to help partners achieve stronger business outcomes.\nThe representative follows up on quotes, explains vendor pricing programs and promotions, coordinates with internal teams and vendors, and resolves pre-sales issues to provide an efficient customer experience.\nLet’s achieve great outcomes together. At TD SYNNEX, we help our partners unlock business results through technology.\nCandidates located in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, or Panama are encouraged to apply.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to promote relevant products and solutions. (20%)\nDevelop customer solutions and configurations by applying product knowledge and appropriate tools to configure, price, quote, and process requests for hardware, software, and services. (20%)\nEducate customers and provide guidance on product alternatives, cross-references, hardware, software, services, renewals, warranty upgrades, consolidations, and other TD SYNNEX solutions. (20%)\nGrow customer relationships by positioning TD SYNNEX’s broad portfolio and increasing adoption of its products and services. (15%)\nNegotiate commercial terms, including pricing, freight, return privileges, product substitutions, insurance, and termination provisions. (15%)\nCollaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues involving areas such as credit and engineering, escalating matters when appropriate.
