This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population.\nThis position is onsite 5 days/week in Arlington, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.\nRESPONSIBILITIES: \nNetwork monitoring of connections and performance to ensure network availability for user access and services.\nProactively identify risks and issues in the network and complete actions to mitigate them.\nAble to plan, coordinate and implement network maintenance, installation, and security to protect and improve network infrastructure.\nReceive and review user requests to establish or resolve issues with user access to services.\nTroubleshoot and resolve network issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors.\nConfigure, install, and maintain network devices and software.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAn active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.\nCurrently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.\nBachelor's degree and 4+ years of overall related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\nHands-on knowledge of configuring and managing network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VLANs, and 802.1X network access controls.\nProficiency with dynamic routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF, as well as troubleshooting Site-to-Site (S2S) IPsec VPN tunnels.\nAbility to monitor and troubleshoot network performance, security, availability, and connectivity.\nComfortable working 24×7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nPrior experience with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners.\nAWS Cloud service experience.\nExperience with Palo Alto devices.\n PAY RANGE:The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $84,000. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
