This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to architect, build, and integrate cutting-edge infrastructure solutions in support of some of our nation's most sensitive and critical missions.\nThis is a fully onsite opportunity requiring a daily commute to the Washington, DC area. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport the setup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.\nBuild and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, and scheduled reporting.\nCreate and manage integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.).\nCoordinate and support platform and application upgrades.\nHelp design and document business process flows and propose solutions based on operational needs.\nConfigure ServiceNow functions and workflows to support ticketing, order management, and re-engineered business processes.\nAnalyze customer data trends to enhance user experience and network performance.\nEngage with customers on technical considerations, issues, and system engineering decisions.\nDevelop, configure, customize, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform.\nAutomate and orchestrate tasks and integrations across applications and platforms.\nDesign, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications in an Agile Scrum environment.\nCollaborate across engineering, development, and analysis teams to support ongoing enhancements.\nMaintain documentation and follow development best practices.\nGather cross-functional requirements to support ongoing ServiceNow configuration and support.\nIncorporate UI/UX requirements into ServiceNow development.\nFollow coding standards and contribute to technical documentation.\nSupport data migration activities.\nDesign solutions aligned with configuration management policies.\nIntegrate and maintain high-quality data across multiple sources within the CMDB.\n QUALIFICATIONS:Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance. Ability to pass additional customer suitability screening(s) prior to start.\nCurrent Security+ or equivalent/higher.\nEducation and experience depending on job level:Level III: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4-8 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\nLevel IV: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8-12 years of relevant experience (or a Master’s and 6+ years). Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure.\nAt least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience, including experience with ServiceNow upgrades.\nExcellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks, and self-assign work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to proactively and effectively collaborate with a virtual team, clearly articulate status, and develop and present management-level briefings to customers and program leadership.\nDemonstrated potential and willingness to learn and adapt to rapid changes in technology and receive mentoring from senior developers.\n PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:ServiceNow Certified Application Developer\nExperience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology\nExposure to ServiceNow applications like Telecommunication Management System (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), Order Management Telecommunications (OMT) modules, etc.\nAWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications.\n PAY RANGE:The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
