About the Role 

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and support marketing initiatives for real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-quality visual content for digital marketing, social media, and property promotion. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Create marketing materials for realtors and real estate campaigns.
  
• Design social media graphics, property advertisements, brochures, presentations, and digital assets. 
• Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and other social media content.
  
• Develop motion graphics and animated visual content. 
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. 
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign materials. 
• Edit photos, videos, and property-related visual content. 
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. 
• Review designs carefully to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  

Requirements 

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate, marketing, or a related field. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. 
• Experience with motion design, video editing, and creating Reels. 
• Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing.
  
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual branding.
  
• Ability to understand creative briefs and apply feedback effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. 
• A portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, and motion design work.
  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience creating marketing content for realtors or real estate agencies.
• Experience with property photography and video editing. 
• Knowledge of current social media trends and short-form video formats.
  
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content for online audiences.
