The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-quality visual content for digital marketing, social media, and property promotion. \n Key Responsibilities \n Create marketing materials for realtors and real estate campaigns. \n\n Design social media graphics, property advertisements, brochures, presentations, and digital assets. \n Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and other social media content. \n\n Develop motion graphics and animated visual content. \n Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. \n Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials. \n\n Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign materials. \n Edit photos, videos, and property-related visual content. \n Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. \n Review designs carefully to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.\n\n Requirements \n Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate, marketing, or a related field. \n Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. \n Experience with motion design, video editing, and creating Reels. \n Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing. \n\n Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual branding. \n\n Ability to understand creative briefs and apply feedback effectively. \n Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. \n Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. \n A portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, and motion design work. \n\n Preferred Qualifications \n Experience creating marketing content for realtors or real estate agencies.\n Experience with property photography and video editing. \n Knowledge of current social media trends and short-form video formats. \n\n Ability to create engaging and
