We’re building a premium, home-grown Indian tea brand from THE SOURCE - and we’re doing it from Siliguri, the heartland of Indian tea.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong brand sensibility to design and develop Teabox brand page. You will turn our brand story, product launches, and campaigns into clean, engaging, and easy-to-use web experiences that look and feel unmistakably Teabox, while keeping the user journey smooth and conversion-focused.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBrand Page Design & Development\nDesign and build brand pages, campaign and launch landing pages, collection pages, and storytelling pages (our gardens, our teas, our process).\nTranslate brand guidelines into scalable layouts, components, and visual systems for web and mobile.\nWork with the Brand, Content, and Product teams to bring each launch to life visually.\nUX & User Research\nMap user journeys, create wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes.\nUse analytics, heatmaps, user feedback, and A/B testing to find drop-offs and improve engagement and conversion.\nMake sure every page is intuitive, accessible, and fast.\nBrand Consistency\nMaintain and evolve the design system (typography, colour, iconography, components, spacing) so all pages stay consistent.\nReview web and digital touchpoints against brand guidelines and flag or fix inconsistencies.\nCollaboration & Delivery\nPartner with the copywriter, graphic designers, and video team so copy, visuals, and layout work together.\nHand off clean, well-documented designs to the website team (or implement directly on the CMS/storefront where applicable) and check the final build for design accuracy.\nDeliver on tight launch timelines and manage multiple projects at once.\nPerformance & Improvement\nTrack page performance (bounce rate, time on page, click-through, conversion) and suggest design improvements.\nStay updated with UI/UX, e-commerce, and D2C design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.\nRequirements:\nMust have\n2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or brand-led web projects.\nProficiency in Figma (or similar tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch).\nA strong portfolio showing web design, landing pages or brand pages, and your design process (wireframes to final UI).\nSolid understanding of visual design: typography, colour, layout, and responsive design.\nUnderstanding of UX principles, user flows, and mobile-first design.\nAbility to translate brand identity into digital experiences.\nGood to have\nExperience with Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.\nBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate better with developers.\nExperience with motion design, micro-interactions, or Lottie/After Effects.\nFamiliarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Clarity.\nUnderstanding of SEO-friendly page structure and web accessibility (WCAG) basics.\nInterest in tea, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands.\nWhat We Offer:\nOwnership of how the Teabox brand
