This role runs the operational backbone of that business and acts as the bridge between the GTM team and the HO team - taking requirements from the field into Head Office, and taking HO's decisions and timelines back out to GTM. You will own four clear areas. Nothing more, nothing scattered.\nWhat you will do:\n1. Daily reports - tracking\nTrack and consolidate the daily reports for the business\nMaintain the Excel trackers and MIS used in reviews\nFlag gaps, delays and discrepancies the same day, not at month end\n2. GTM activity\nZoho adoption - track adoption across the GTM team, monitor usage, follow up on gaps, and keep the data clean\nCalling report - marketing leads - maintain and report on calling activity against marketing leads; track coverage, follow-ups and outcomes\n3. Vendor invoicing and payments management\nRaise and track Proforma Invoices (PI)\nRaise and track Purchase Orders (PO)\nProcess and follow up on advances to vendors\nCoordinate with Finance to ensure vendors are paid on time, and maintain a clean record of every invoice and payment\n4. Commercials validation\nCheck every invoice shared by a vendor against the initial quote\nFlag any mismatch in rate, quantity, scope or terms before the payment is released\nKeep a documented trail of quote-versus-invoice checks\nBeyond these five, you'll pick up occasional support work for the international business - the kind\nof thing that comes with sitting at the centre of a growing region.\nWhat we're looking for\nMBA (any specialisation)\nStrong MS Excel - pivot tables, lookups, building trackers and reports from scratch\nStrong MS Word - clean business documents and correspondence\nGood analytical ability - comfortable working with order and stock data\nClear written and spoken English, for communicating with international partners\nAttention to detail, especially on records and numbers\nWillingness to follow up and close things out without being chased\nGood problem solving skills\nHighly process oriented\nWhat you will gain\nExposure to a full regional P&L - you'll see partners, trade, sales, service and training working as one business, not as separate departments\nReal ownership early - you'll be running live partner communication and dispatch tracking within your first month\nVisibility on both sides - sitting between GTM and HO puts you close to both the market and the decision-makers\nPractical skill building - strong Excel, MIS and reporting, plus a working understanding of export documentation and warehouse operations\nA clear next step - the role is built to grow into partner account management, demand and inventory planning, or international business development\nPPO consideration for strong performers\nFirst 90 days\nPartners get timely responses and nothing escalates unnecessarily\nEvery dispatch document is organised, traceable and available on request\nWarehouse daily and monthly reports are cross-verified on schedule, with mismatches raised early\nOne clean tracker that GTM and HO both rely on\nJoin Teachmint and lead us in reshaping the future of education!\nDisclaimer: Kindly note that Teachmint Technologies is an equal-opportunity employer.
