This role combines social media strategy, on-camera brand representation, static design, and basic video editing - making you the consistent, recognizable face of our brand while shaping how our content looks, sounds, and performs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSocial Media Strategy\nPlan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)\nTrack content performance and iterate on strategy based on trends and engagement.\nCollaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.\nOn-Camera Content\nAct as a brand face for social media platforms, building a consistent and recognizable on-camera presence.\nCreate engaging video content including reels, explainers, promotional videos, and announcements.\nParticipate in campaign shoots and brand storytelling initiatives.\nStatic Design\nDesign high-quality static creatives including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.\nEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.\nSupport internal communication and employer branding creatives.\nBasic Video Editing\nEdit short-form video content for reels and social media posts.\nWork closely with the content and video team on script understanding and delivery.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.\n1-3 years of experience in social media, brand communication, design, or digital marketing.\nProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).\nStrong understanding of social media trends and content formats.\nExcellent verbal communication skills with confidence in front of the camera.\nBasic proficiency in video editing tools.\nCreative mindset with attention to detail.\nWilling to travel.\nPreferred Attributes:\nExperience in personal branding or content creation is an added advantage.\nStrong presentation and storytelling skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nJoin Teachmint and lead us in reshaping the future of education!\nDisclaimer: Kindly note that Teachmint Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
