Learn more atwww.teads.com.\nAbout the opportunity \nThe Campaign Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution, delivery, and optimisation of managed service campaigns. This role ensures campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, and optimised to meet or exceed agreed KPIs, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and client service.\nHybrid work, 3-4 days working from the office.\nWhat will you do?\nOwn end-to-end setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and optimisation of managed service campaigns\nEnsure campaigns align with media plans, IOs, client objectives, and platform best practices\nMonitor delivery and pacing daily, proactively flagging risks or performance issues\nOptimise campaigns against KPIs including CTR, VTR, Viewability, Reach, Frequency, and CPA (where applicable)\nImplement campaign updates such as budget changes, creative swaps, targeting updates, and flight extensions\nAct as the operational point of contact for Account Management on assigned accounts\nTroubleshoot delivery, tracking, and creative issues in collaboration with Product, Studio, and external partners\nSupport reporting validation and discrepancy checks with third-party measurement partners \n\nWhat will you bring to the team?\nYour skills and experiences:2-4 years’ experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Operations\nHands-on experience managing managed-service digital campaigns end to end\nExperience working with DSPs, ad servers, and third-party measurement tools\nExposure to video and display formats across branding and performance objectives\nExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nStrong attention to detail and operational discipline\nSolid understanding of digital advertising KPIs (CTR, VTR, Viewability, Reach, Frequency)\nAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously\nClear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders\nProblem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership\nComfortable working cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Studio, and Tech teams\n\nYou connect with our values:Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.\nAct Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren’t 100% clear.\nObsess About Outcomes: You’re outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.\nEvolve Through Change: You’re adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve.
