We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded Campaign Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.\nIn this role, you will be the operational backbone driving campaign success across high-growth accounts in Southeast Asia (SEA). Your core mission is clear: achieve 100% campaign delivery within SLA, safeguard client retention, and feed actionable, strategic recommendations back to Account Managers to unlock commercial extensions and upsell opportunities.\nYou will be based in our Kuala Lumpur office, working closely side-by-side with local Sales and Account Management colleagues, while collaborating daily via Slack and digital channels with regional teams across Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam. Supported by a structured 2-month onboarding plan led by our Senior Operations Managers, you will quickly ramp up to take full independent ownership of campaign activations, performance troubleshooting, and client advisory.\nIf you bring a solid programmatic foundation, love solving technical puzzles, and thrive in a collaborative, cross-market environment, we’d love to connect.\nWorking Model & Team Presence\nWork Model: Hybrid\nTeam Presence: 3 days at the office, subjected to team’s schedule\n Location: Kuala Lumpur office hub (with daily cross-border collaboration across SEA)\nWhat Will You Do?\nAs Campaign Manager, you will serve as the primary post-sale operational anchor, ensuring seamless execution from setup to post-campaign wrap-up.\n Campaign Delivery & Operational SLA Excellence\nTake end-to-end ownership of campaign trafficking, pacing, and delivery to achieve 100% full delivery within agreed internal SLAs.\nOversee both Managed Service execution and Self-Serve client onboarding/support on Teads Ad Manager (TAM).\nSet up, test, and QA creatives, tracking tags, and Brand Safety protocols (IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat) prior to launch.\nActively monitor pacing and live delivery, troubleshooting discrepancies, technical bottlenecks, and underdelivery proactively before they impact campaign performance.\nProvide activation proofs (screenshots and launch confirmations) promptly upon launch.Client Advisory & Commercial Retention\n\nAct as a trusted operational advisor: translate complex campaign metrics into clear, actionable performance insights for clients and commercial partners.\nConduct regular performance analyses, weekly pacing recaps, and in-depth post-campaign wrap-ups.\nProactively feed optimization recommendations, inventory insights, and audience learnings back to Account Managers to drive client retention and fuel contract extensions.\nCoordinate with the Insights team on Brand Lift studies and measurement frameworks to demonstrate concrete campaign impact.Cross-Market & Team Collaboration\n\nPartner closely on a daily basis with Account Managers, Sales Managers, Creative Studio, and Solutions Architects across SEA (Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam).\nSupport Account Managers during pre-sale media planning with inventory forecasting, past delivery benchmarks, and feasibility feedback.\nActively contribute to regional operational standups, sharing best practices, troubleshooting learnings, and workflow enhancements across the wider operations team.\nWhat Will You Bring to the Team?\nRelevant Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital media, AdTech, DSP, or media agency environments managing or trafficking digital advertising campaigns.\nProgrammatic Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of digital advertising and programmatic principles.
