About the opportunity 

This role sits within our Netherlands commercial team, reporting to the Sales Director. As we continue to scale our operations, this team is responsible for driving our advertiser-first strategy across the Dutch media agency landscape. You will collaborate daily with internal experts-including Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, and Platform teams-to solve media challenges and deliver high-impact solutions for our partners.

About the Role

Your mission is to act as the strategic anchor for our agency relationships, translating our media solutions into tangible commercial success. You will take full accountability for identifying new business opportunities, managing a robust pipeline, and driving revenue growth. Success in this role means achieving quarterly revenue targets while delivering high-quality, consultative service that generates renewals and incremental revenue.

What will you bring to the team?

Strategy & Innovation:

• Drive and execute the end-to-end sales strategy within the Dutch market, identifying market bottlenecks and proactively proposing relevant, tailored media recommendations.
• Shape our market presence by leveraging deep knowledge of the online video and advertising ecosystem to differentiate Teads’ offering to key decision-makers.

Execution & Flawless Delivery:

• Own day-to-day operations and pipeline management, ensuring all client deliverables meet strict service quality standards.
• Manage existing client and agency relationships with a consultative approach, ensuring that every proposal is adapted to the specific needs and goals of the client.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within media agencies, moving quickly to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

• Cultivate trusted, advisory relationships with cross-functional partners (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management) to ensure we meet complex client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, aligning local executions with global corporate objectives and ensuring consistent client satisfaction.

What will you bring to the team?

Must-Haves

• Core Experience: 5+ years of experience selling digital media solutions to media agencies.
• Domain Expertise: A strong, existing network within the Dutch media agency landscape and a deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to close deals, with strong analytical, solution-driven, and self-driven capabilities.
• Location/Legalities: Right to work in the Netherlands.
• Languages: Native-level fluency in Dutch.
