Showroom and Sales Administration:\nProvides support to the\nShowroom Manager in strategically managing the showroom in compliance with the\ncompany’s policies and procedures.\nProvide support to the\nShowroom Manager in ensuring products movement, sales orders, quotation,\ncomplaint, returns and sales order verification are up to date on System or\ndatabases.\nProvides assistance to the\nShowroom Manager in ensuring that customer queries and complaints are attended\nin a timely and effective manner.\nEnsures correct documentation\nof all customer interactions in the appropriate database/ system.\nResponsible for funds\nmanagement including cash handling, handover, transit, verification and safeguarding.\nOverview of sales staffs and\nCXR Target Administration.\nInventory – monitoring.\nOrders monitoring – follow\nup (stock order process).\nQuotes follow up and\nconversion.\nTimely compiling of orders.\nProvide customer service\nincluding communication and delivery and mounting schedules. \nMonitor and oversee the\nhousekeeping team to ensure that the showroom is always kept clean and tidy.\n2. Administrative Operations:\nHandle and process payments.\nRequest and gain clearance\nfrom Management regarding preparation of return notes, refund and payment\nfacilities.\nEnsure electronic\ncommunication to customer after full payment is effected at the counter.\nFollow-up on customers’\nrequest through phone calls/ emails.\nAttend to all customers’\nqueries in a timely and effective manner.\nMaintain and update customer\nrecords.\nCross sell and upsell\nproducts whilst performing duties of a cashier.\n3. People Management:\nAssist the Showroom Manager\nin ensuring effective people management.\nEnsure floor tasks are well\nmanaged in such a way that it improves the speed, quality as well as the\nefficiency of the work that has been allocated.\nMaintain a safe work\nenvironment by enforcing safe and smart work practices as per the Safety and\nHealth Officer’s recommendations in line with OSHA Act.\nEnsures employee wellbeing\nand welfare.\n4. Customer Experience\nBe the key custodian of the\nbrand and ensure the brand’s integrity is maintained throughout the Showroom.\nConvert foot fall into sales\nand handling walk in customers.\nRespond to customers\ncommunication by email, fax, telephone and any other means.\nDealing with customers queries\nand complaints in a timely and efficient manner.\nCreate and maintain a good\ncustomer shopping experience.\nBuild a positive working\nrelationship with customers and ensuring repeat business.\n5. Management Reporting:\nEnsure correct documentation\nof all customer interactions in the appropriate databases/ system. \nDay end reports to the\nShowroom Manager. \nWeekly status reports on\ncustomer complaints. \nPrepares monthly sales and\ncustomer relations reports by analysing and categorizing sales information. \n6.
