Customer Service:\n\n Ensure\n an outstanding experience upon arrival of customers and visitors (greeting\n process).\n\n Interact\n with customers in a friendly, professional manner, both in-person and\n through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and\n online chats. Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations,\n and answer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.\n\n Build\n and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.\n Follow up with customers after sales, address any concerns or issues\n promptly, and ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.\n\n Constantly\n build knowledge of each product.\n\n Learn\n how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customer.\n\n Ensure\n all special request from customers are entered on TW’s internal system as\n appropriate after clearance from Showroom Manager.\n\n Assist\n in handling complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.\n\n Maintain\n a well-developed pipeline of prospects. \n\nb. Showroom & Sales:\n\n Work\n towards achieving or exceeding the sales target as set by Management. This\n involves actively prospecting and identifying potential customers,\n generating leads, and converting them into sales.\n\n Ensure\n the zones and display guidelines are being adhered to on a constant basis:\n\n Keep\n zone tidy and clean.\n\n Products\n pricing / Identification codes / Promotional tags are well displayed at\n all times.\n\n Sold\n or on order tags to be affixed in their respective zones.\n\n Assist\n in the set-up of the showroom.\n\n Ensure\n compliance of merchandising guidelines.\n\n Ensure\n order reservation as and when specific orders reach.\n\n Quotes\n follow ups & conversion.\n\nc. Collaboration\nwith Internal Teams: Coordinate with other internal teams, such\nas marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure smooth order\nprocessing, and timely deliveries.\n\nd. Sales\nReporting: Maintain\naccurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales\npipeline. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, targets\nachieved, and potential opportunities for improvement.\n\ne.
