You'll be embedded in the team.blue Marketing Centre of Excellence hub team with a 100% focus on Websupport and Active24.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild the right media mix:Select & suggest the right channels and campaign setup based on the target audience, product, market, and expected business impact.\n\nIdentify growth opportunities:Understand which products, markets, and opportunities should be supported by campaigns and translate insights into actionable initiatives.\n\nLead and coordinate external resources:Take ownership of external PPC/performance support, including our freelancer in Hungary. Set priorities, provide clear direction and feedback, and ensure their work is aligned with our campaign strategy and business goals.\n\nOwn & scale paid channels:Run hands-on campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and explore new channels.\n\nThink business, not just CPC:Connect ad performance with CAC, ROAS, LTV, free-to-paid conversions, and bottom-line revenue.\n\nTailor strategies globally:Analyze international markets to adapt setups based on local brand awareness, search demand, and behavior.\n\nBuild a testing roadmap:Systematically test creatives, bidding, landing pages, and onboarding flows together with our Brand, CRO, Analytics, and Product teams.\n\nLeverage AI & automation: Use modern tools to speed up testing workflows and stay ahead of the curve.\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\nStrong campaign ownership:You can take a campaign from initial idea and strategy through execution, coordination, and final evaluation.\n\nEvaluate and learn:Go beyond channel performance, assess overall campaign impact, and turn results into clear learnings and improvements for future campaigns.\n\nHands-on PPC mastery:Deep experience with Google Ads (and solid practical knowledge of Paid Social, Microsoft Ads, etc.).\n\nGlobal & SaaS mindset:You’ve managed complex multi-market accounts and know how acquisition funnels work in a SaaS or freemium model.\n\nCommercial sharpness:You look past platform metrics and ask: „Is this actually growing the business?“\n\nHigh autonomy:You don’t wait for tasks.
