We believe in doing quality work, treating people well, and supporting missions that make a difference in our communities.\nWhat You'll Do as a Custom Cabinet Installer\nInstall custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, built-ins, shelving, panels, moldings, and related cabinetry components according to project plans and specifications.\nMeasure, cut, and fit materials for precise installations and clean, professional finishes.\nAssemble and secure cabinets, trim, and finish carpentry components on-site.\nInspect completed installations and make adjustments or repairs as needed to deliver high-quality finished work.\nCollaborate with designers, project managers, and customers to make sure each project meets expectations.\nProtect floors, walls, countertops, and other finished surfaces while keeping customers' homes clean and respectful throughout the installation.\nMaintain your tools and equipment while following company safety practices and installation standards on every job.\nTravel to job sites, typically within a three-hour radius of New Holland, and complete installations as part of a skilled trades team.\nOur Ideal Custom Cabinet Installer\nExperienced Craftsperson: At least 1 year of cabinet installation, finish carpentry, trim carpentry, millwork, remodeling, or related construction experience is preferred; we're willing to train the right candidate with strong woodworking or construction aptitude.\nSkilled Installer: Able to accurately measure, level, scribe, fit, fasten, and adjust cabinetry and read cabinet layouts, shop drawings, job notes, and basic construction plans.\nHands-On Professional: Comfortable using common installation tools and able to lift up to 100 lbs., bend, kneel, climb, reach, carry pre-assembled cabinets, and work in tight spaces.\nReliable Driver: Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and is comfortable traveling to job sites throughout Southeastern PA and surrounding areas.\nProblem Solver: Able to troubleshoot field conditions, communicate issues early, and take pride in clean, precise finished work.\nRespectful Team Member: Represents our company well in customers' homes, communicates clearly, shows up consistently, and aligns with our Christ-centered company culture.\nWhat We Offer Our Custom Cabinet Installer\nPay: $30-$40/hour DOE\nHealth Insurance\nPaid Time Off: 1 week the first year, plus 1 additional day each year\n7 Paid Holidays\n401(k) with 2% Match\nChristmas Bonus\nCompany Apparel\nAll Tools Provided\nSchedule: Full-time, 50+ hours/week, starting between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m.\nTo Apply\nCabinet Installers, Finish Carpenters, Trim Carpenters, Millwork Installers, and experienced construction professionals seeking a full-time custom cabinetry career in New Holland, PA, are encouraged to explore this opportunity with Weaver's Custom Woodworking.
