Our experienced team finds absolute joy in crafting beautiful buildings for both the public and private sectors.\nWhat You'll Do as a Project Manager\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to support cost efficiency and timely completion.\nSchedule and manage field crews, coordinate equipment, track project progress, and ensure crews have the information and paperwork they need.\nReview current construction documents against project estimates, making necessary material adjustments and identifying extended lead-time items.\nEvaluate subcontractors and coordinate material purchasing based on qualifications, experience, pricing, and project requirements.\nManage project documentation, permits, drawings, change orders, material submittals, and approvals before materials are ordered.\nCommunicate with general contractors, project managers, owners' representatives, architects, engineers, suppliers, and field crews to keep projects moving as intended.\nCoordinate with finance and accounts payable to verify project purchases and maintain accurate cost information.\nEnsure projects meet applicable safety regulations and legal requirements while serving as a member of Level Edge Construction's Core Leadership Team.\nOur Ideal Project Manager\nExperienced: Minimum of 5 years of experience with the day-to-day functions of residential and commercial construction field crews.\nKnowledgeable: At least 2 years of construction material supply industry experience and understand how to order materials and equipment so they arrive before crews need them.\nProven Leader: Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience with the ability to make decisions, solve problems, communicate clearly, and follow through.\nTech-Savvy: Proficient with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PDFs, internet research, and software-based crew scheduling calendars.\nField-Ready: High school diploma or GED, and comfortable working in both office and residential or commercial job-site environments.\nTeam-Minded: Organized, proactive, assertive yet respectful, and ready to contribute as a dependable member of Level Edge Construction's leadership team.\nWhat We Offer Our Project Manager\nCompensation: $110,000-$115,000 - Total Anticipated Earnings (salary+bonus)\nHealth Insurance Options\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nRetirement Plan with 3% Company Match\nProfit Sharing\nAnnual Company Retreat\nEmployee Gatherings\nCellphone\nLaptop\nTo Apply\nConstruction Project Managers, Commercial Construction Project Managers, and Construction Managers with field leadership and material procurement experience are encouraged to explore this opportunity with our company.
