You will receive on-the-job training for blown cellulose insulation and fiberglass batts. Our ideal candidate would be a driven self-starter with previous construction or insulation experience and a strong desire to learn.\nWhat You'll Do as an Insulation Technician:\nWork as part of a 2-4 person crew installing fiberglass batts and blown-in cellulose insulation\nComplete thermal envelope sealing: foam and caulk around windows, doors, and penetrations\nVisit new job sites almost daily, working in both new construction and retrofit settings\nLearn on the job, receive training, and develop in-demand skills in a critical trade\nOur Ideal Insulation Technician:\nExperienced: Previous experience with insulation, construction, framing, drywall, or HVAC is preferred but not required.\nMechanically inclined: Comfortable troubleshooting and maintaining equipment is a plus.\nPhysically fit: Can lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics and tight spaces\nMotivated: You like to beat your best day, learn new skills, and take on more responsibility\nMust be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.\nWhat we offer our Insulation Technician:\n$22+/hour, Depending on experience\nHealth Insurance\nPaid Vacation & Holidays\nIRA with a 3% company match\nQuarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus\nAnnual Driver's Bonus\nYearly Christmas Dinner\nOn-the-Job Training\nCompany Apparel\nAll safety equipment provided\nTo Apply\nIf you have previous insulation or construction experience, please submit your resume via this job ad to be considered for our Insulation Technician position.\nBy submitting this application, you agree to receive recurring informational text messages (e.g., appointment alerts), which may be automated, to the mobile number used at opt-in from Team Builder Recruiting, LLC.
