Our close-knit, collaborative team is committed to serving diverse populations, supporting one another, and creating a welcoming environment where meaningful healing happens.\nWhat You'll Do as a Program Manager\n Coordinate daily operations across EDCare's residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs, ensuring consistent structure and a supportive treatment environment.\nPartner with the Program Director to coordinate staffing, manage callouts, and ensure adequate coverage for therapeutic groups and patient meals.\nLead weekend operations as the onsite leadership resource, addressing patient needs, staffing challenges, and facility concerns as they arise.\nTrain and orient new program technicians, therapists, and students, helping them confidently navigate their responsibilities and EDCare's treatment approach.\nProvide individual therapy, facilitate therapeutic groups, and support patient meals when additional clinical coverage is needed.\nCollaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen communication, improve processes, and maintain consistent patient care.\nSupport patients through daily check-ins, therapeutic activities, and individualized interventions that promote safety, connection, and recovery.\nMaintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor program attendance, and uphold EDCare's clinical standards, policies, and procedures.\nOur Ideal Program Manager\nEducation: Hold a master's degree in behavioral health, social work, psychology, clinical mental health counseling, family therapy, or a related field.\nLicensure-Focused: Actively pursuing Colorado licensure as an LP, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, with the ability to obtain CPR certification within the first 90 days.\nRelevant Experience: Preferably have at least six months of experience working in a therapeutic milieu environment, with an understanding of clinical programming and patient care.\nConfident Problem-Solver: Take initiative, make sound decisions, and navigate clinical and operational challenges in a dynamic treatment environment.
