We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development. From the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.

Currently, we are looking for: Scrum Master

Responsibilites

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (appropriate for Scrum or Kanban), ensuring that best practice techniques are followed to maximise delivery.

• Increase Agile knowledge and understanding through ongoing coaching, mentoring and education of the Stakeholders and the team.

• Ensure the adoption of Agile principles and practices and the implementation of these, leading to maturity.

• Identifying areas of improvement for the Delivery Team and enable them to implement planned change

• Produce an environment of change for the team.

• Challenge business stakeholders to look at products/deliverables in an evolutionary manner, supporting Agile delivery methods.

• Produce relevant metrics that can be used to measure progress against product/project development and within the team's own performance. Proposing change to the way of working when required.

• Initiating, planning and delivery of projects

• Managing full end-to-end projects with the business

• Managing project budgets

• Experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Experience of working with customer and co-sourced teams.

• Experience of delivery across a wide range of software products and services.

• Have a keen interest in Agile methodologies, continuously learning and developing new techniques

Skills

• Passion for and knowledge of Agile values, principles and practices with experience of delivering within an agile team

• Solution focused with a keen and pro-active approach to problem-solving and removing blockers to progress, with experience in handling conflicting and competing demands from stakeholders

• Competent with use of Agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence etc

• Strong relationship and trust building skills

Essential

• Should have excellent communication skills to understand the team's issues and help them find solutions.

• Be strong leaders who can motivate and guide their team towards success.

• Act as part of the team and put the needs of the team before their own.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM or equivalent)

• Background in Digital Marketing

• Project Management experience
