We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.\nCurrently, we are looking for: Scrum Master\nResponsibilites\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies (appropriate for Scrum or Kanban), ensuring that best practice techniques are followed to maximise delivery.\n\nIncrease Agile knowledge and understanding through ongoing coaching, mentoring and education of the Stakeholders and the team.\n\nEnsure the adoption of Agile principles and practices and the implementation of these, leading to maturity.\n\nIdentifying areas of improvement for the Delivery Team and enable them to implement planned change\n\nProduce an environment of change for the team.\n\nChallenge business stakeholders to look at products/deliverables in an evolutionary manner, supporting Agile delivery methods.\n\nProduce relevant metrics that can be used to measure progress against product/project development and within the team's own performance.
