We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.\nCurrently, we are looking for: UX/UI Specialist.\n\nKnowledge and skills:\nAt least 8 years of professional experience in IT.\n\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.\n\nHas designed GUI for at least 3 RIA systems or desktop thick clients or mobile applications (1 time, in the case of the basic profile)\n\nExpert in graphical design for software applications\n\nProficient in gathering and analysis UX requirements.\n\nProficient in developing graphical mock-ups and active prototypes of user interface of the software application\n\nExpert in analysis and design of application usability and user experience\n\nUnderstands software development technologies and their limitations\n\nExpert in developing GUI components of software systems in HTML5 technologies\n\nPresents excellent communication skills\n\nHolds ability to document effectively\n\nCreativity\n\nGood knowledge of user interface ergonomics\n\nKnowledge of design and graphical tools (Balsamiq/InVision/UXPin/Framer.js or other)\n\nSpecific requirements:\nGood knowledge of Sharepoint and Sharepoint platform-specific tools\n\nExperienced in preparation of mockups and graphical interfaces\n\nExceptional collaborative skills\n\nVersatility in technologies and platforms\n\nTypical tasks and responsibilities:\n\nElicits needs, analyses requirements\n\nTransfers business, users and technical needs into GUI design\n\nDevelop GUI standards and related polices\n\nTest software against compliancy with the GUI standards\n\nDesigns usability of the application\n\nBalance usability of GUI with limitation of the technology\n\nImplements graphical mock-ups and prototypes of the GUI\n\nImplements GUI\n\nDesigns graphical layer of project documentation, presentation and marketing materials\n\ncooperates with developers -
